Coolatai Bush Cinema

Last month I went out to the Coolatai Bush Cinema and made some amazing new friends. Kelly and her eco-sisters have created a beautiful space in tiny Coolatai and magically attracting an array of interesting, artistic folk and deep thinkers. Authors, ecologists, painters, poets, musicians and wanderers from all parts of the globe are finding their way to this rural property in the heart of the New England bush and birds.

Imagine watching an inspiring film framed by the stars of the New England night sky.

This Saturday night the Bush Cinema is featuring another inspiring documentary at dusk. I am also sharing some songs from about 5pm. I’m so excited about grabbing a set on that wooden-bush stage as we say goodbye the sun and welcome the moonlight. I’m putting the hat down and all proceeds from Saturday are being put to my aid work and upcoming trip to the Philippines.

If you are in the New England or travelling through it is totally worth a side-trip to spend some time with the sisters and the stars.
