Whenever you see a tiny child sick with a severe illness it will make you cry, but in the Philippines walking around the poverty of Barangy Botongon, Estancia it just crushes your heart.
I had taken this little girl to hospital earlier in they year (big thanks to my Brother and his wife for their support). She had bronchial pneumonia and some months later appeared recovered. You can read about it in this earlier blog post.
So when I happened across her just before Typhoon Ruby struck I immediately saw that her condition had deteriorated. This family has no money for medicine.
