Another clueless #ParentFail (reading Faunaverse)

Wednesday night, reading Jerry’s bedtime story I decided to video the experience for my friends Alexander Dudley and Jane Sullivan who had sent me a copy of their newly published book Faunaverse.

Faunaverse is a wonderful book of poetry about Australian wildlife, insects and birds. Jerry really loves it. Though I think I’m gonna read the poems myself first before sharing with Jerry, as you will discover about 3:30 into the video.

I was enjoying the poems so much, I was totally clueless Jerry was pulling faces at the camera. Little imp he is (love that look at the end when I said no).

PS: No we didn’t finish it last night either 🙂
