Superpower

I have a superpower
I can write a line or two
about any given subject
about going to the zoo

about having crazy families
about connecting with my friends
about grief and loss and someone loved
and goodbye, goodbye again

about thinking that you’re nothing
and you’re better off alone
and then finding again a sunset
or a little boy without a home

about walking in the forest
and the healing waiting there
about where you find your poems
and the days you want to share

yes I write my life upon this blog
in a simple line or two
but is it ‘super‘? is it ‘power’?
or just some words from me to you?
