Wandering around a religious festival here in a rural province of the Philippines, I was surrounded by the simple transportation of the thousands who attended. Motorbikes and tricycles scattered under the scorching summer were given a few pieces of cardboard or some leaves and tree branches as a small piece of midday relief. You would be amazed at how many people can be loaded into one of those tricycles.
Our world is one defined by how we get around. Literal or interpretative, find inspiration in transportation.
The Dogwood Photo Challenge is a series of weekly assignments responding to a theme or technique. Participants are encouraged to share their work as displaying your work is an important part of growing as a photographer.
Unlike most photography challenges which are just a simple list of ideas, this 52 week challenge is designed to push your photography to the next level. The list is designed to be more challenging to complete than a simple 52 week photography challenge list. But participants are encouraged to stick with it to the end and better photographers for it.
