Writing

Sick. Sick. Sick.

Feeling like I've been on another planet the last few weeks (terribly busy) which is probably why I ended up getting sick.

This photo of me in a mask and sunglasses is about the best I could muster for a blog post about getting sick. I love blogging so much and let myself get overrun with projects and (not surprisingly my body became overwhelmed with a staph infection, fever and flu). Yuk!

“The question is not how to get cured, but how to live.”

Joseph Conrad

On the plus side I’m back newly refreshed with a million ideas for improvements to the website. It’s all about presenting myself as a professional copywriter, continuing my daily blogs, writing neXtDRAFT my weekly newsletter and honouring my poetry. By the way, do you like the new look and theme? I’m still tweaking it.

So now (without forgetting Joseph Conrad’s important theory) I’m off to blog, update, call and copywrite without letting the whole thing happen again.

I think.

    1. Yeh I broke out in boils all over my head and neck. Very yucky.

Thanks for the message, I do need to turn off this computer and go to bed. Which I’m going to do right now.

      Appreciate the message Susan.

      1. You are very welcome! Being sick is never any fun, but seems especially worse if you have lots on your plate, with very little time to recuperate, and especially this time of the year when everything seems even more hectic. I am sending good thoughts your way! ; )
