Hot Dogs and Ham

There was a young fellow called Kevin
Who liked to eat potted meats and devon
And hot dogs and ham
And saveloys and spam
Oh he ate, and shot straight, into heaven

The kids and families I see here in the Philippines eat so much processed meat. It’s cheap and the kids love the taste. Imagine how your body responds to 1 meal a day (maybe only rice) and every few days some hotdog or spam?

Kids love a treat of hotdogs with marshmallow.
