Teaching Mindfulness to Children

This blog about mindfulness is a ghostwriting assignment I wrote for the BodyICE blog last month.

I loved researching this article and sharing some of the things I’ve been doing to help Jerry overcome the trauma he suffered as a very small child. BodyICE are the real deal so I hope you’ll click through to the website and check out their awesome recovery products. There’s some great parenting articles on the site too. You can find the article on their website on the link below (please note this was a ghostwriting assignment so my name is not in the byline.

    1. Thanks for stopping by. It was a lovely writing assignment for a lovely group of people. I hope you’ve found some useful tools to use. My adopted son is an English Second Language kid and I’ve found I Spy has been one of the best tools to teach him English AND keep him focused on what’s happening now, rather than ‘when can I have the cell phone back’. Love and blessings to you. Mel.
