active project: art supplies and toy library

Creative playtime is something I hadn’t allowed myself in years (maybe decades) so buying up art and craft materials is actually giving me a outlet to explore my own creativity along with the children.

One thing I have learned if you want to be a nicer person, be nice to yourself. Have fun and do the things you love. Sometimes, if you’ve really reached a dark place, you even have to find the things you love again.

Big thanks also to my mother and her friends who posted a lot of pre-loved teddy bears and plushy toys to the delighted children here.
