I am a reputable business and comply with Australian Consumer Laws. When you purchase something from me, you can expect a high-quality product that matches the sales description on this website.

If there is a fault with your purchase that cannot be fixed, I will provide a refund.

However, because I design and sell digital products which cannot be returned once downloaded, I do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind.

Customer Support

I fully support all digital products, including PDF cross stitch patterns and business documents, that are sold on this website. I make every attempt to resolve problems with my customers and writing clients.

My ethos is that everything can be sorted out with a polite email exchange.

Refund Process

I consider any reasonable refund request, where there is evidence your concerns are genuine and digital files have not been used, shared, or copied.

Requests must outline the problem and provide reasonable detail.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Returns

If approved, refunds are generated using the original payment method and you will be notified by email with the transaction details.

Once generated, it may take 7-10 working days for the refunded money to appear on your bank/ account statement. Processing times are dictated by your bank or financial institution and beyond my control.

My base currency is AUD$ Australian dollars and approved refunds are processed in the original payment currency, according to the official exchange rate. The exchange rate is determined by banks and other financial institutions at the time the refund is processed, and beyond my control.

To request a refund, clearly outline the issue in the contact form below, providing as much detail as possible. Alternately, reply to the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
