Products for Sale
I sell digital products only — PDF cross stitch patterns, Ebooks, digital sewing patterns, and online courses.
I DO NOT sell any physical products.
Content Licensing
Cross stitch patterns, documents, artworks, Ebooks, and project templates (including free samples) obtained from this website are licensed to a single user and for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
Digital copies of my patterns, artworks, documents, templates, and Ebooks may not be resold or distributed to other people in any form — this includes (but is not limited to) photocopies, scans, photographs, websites and online marketplaces, emails, social media, and smartphone apps.

Orders
All orders for digital products are subject to review and acceptance. I reserve the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason. If the order is declined, your payment will be refunded immediately.
Checkout
To purchase digital products from my online store, you can checkout as a guest or create an account. It’s totally up to you.
Payment Methods
My online shop has a secure checkout and you may use credit card, debit card, eWallet, or PAYPAL to make a purchase. Available payment methods may vary according to your selected currency, but in most countries you will be able to pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Union Pay, JCB, American Express, ApplePay and GooglePay.
Customers in Australia and New Zealand may pay by depositing money into my bank account. Bank account details are displayed once you place an order. PDF Cross Stitch Patterns and other digital products will not be released until your payment clears my bank account.
Multi-Currency
I have an Australian business so the default currency is AUD Australian dollars. However, I support transactions in at least 20 x other currencies including:
- US Dollar (USD)
- Canadian Dollar (CAD)
- Euro (EUR)
- Pound Sterling (GBP)
- Japanese Yen (JPY)
- New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
- Philippine Peso (PHP)
Currency conversion tables on this website are updated every 30 minutes and should be considered a guide only. The final transaction will be charged in your selected currency according to the official exchange rate.
Receipts and Invoices
After payment you will be emailed an order confirmation that contains my business name and ABN for your records.
The description on your bank statement or transaction list will be marked as either:

- MELINDA J. IRVINE #Order Number $Amount
Accessing Digital Purchases
Cross stitch charts, Ebooks, and other digital products that you purchase from this website are available for download immediately after payment. A download link will appear onscreen and is also included in your confirmation email.
- Downloads links for premium products expire after 1 year.
- Download links for free samples expire after 30 days or 3 download attempts (whichever happens first).
If you create an account, you’ll have a full year of access to your purchases and can re-download them anytime. Lost your files? Just log in — you can reset your password at any time.
If you checked out as a guest, please make sure to save your files promptly. While I do my best to support all purchases, I can’t guarantee long-term access without an account.
If you ever run into problems, simply reach out via the contact page — I’m always happy to help and make sure you receive what you’ve paid for.
Customer Accounts
Customers may choose to create an account while making a purchase.
You will receive an email with your username and password.
Login at anytime to access your digital purchases, set your payment methods, review a product, or update your billing address.
Having an account ensures you have a full 12 months access to your digital files and unlimited downloads.

Refunds and Returns
I support my digital products (including PDF cross stitch patterns) and make every attempt to resolve problems with orders, but I do not refund because you simply change your mind.
Returns are not available for digital products.
Please read my Refund Policy for more information.
Product Listing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information due to typographical error, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for those products.
If your credit card or bank account has already been charged for the purchase, I will immediately issue a refund.
Customer Reviews
I rely on transparent, genuine customer feedback. All reviews are published in their entirety and I do not manipulate or edit the content. However, I reserve the absolute right to vet all submissions and will reject any review deemed dishonest, deliberately misleading, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate for publication. By submitting a review, you agree that your content adheres to these standards.
Writing Services
I am an Australian freelance writer and complete writing assignments for clients all over the world.
Business Structure
I have an established business structure including Australian Business Number (ABN), invoicing system, and registered trading address in NSW, Australia.
I am not currently registered for GST.
Operations
I complete all writing assignments remotely, mostly working from my dedicated home office.
I am very responsive with clients and communicate through the following channels:
- Text message and WhatsApp calls
- Video conferencing (Zoom and Teams)
Content Quality
All content is 100% original and fully researched using primary documents and other reliable sources. Since mid-2025, AI tools have become part of my workflow for research and refinement, but never as a substitute for original writing. Every project is personally written, edited, and fact-checked by me, Melinda J. Irvine.
Pricing
I have an established pricing structure and all writing projects are costed out and approved by the client before the job commences.
All writing service fees are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST n/a.
Payment Terms
For new clients, jobs under $1,000 must be paid in advance. Larger jobs may be paid in (agreed) installments — usually 50% upfront and 25% payable on delivery of 1st draft and 25% on completion.
Jobs for long-term clients must be paid within (7) days or in (agreed) installments.
Payment Methods
Clients may pay using bank transfer, PAYPAL, credit card, debit card, or eWallet.
PAYPAL, eWallet, and card payments attract a 3% service fee.
Intellectual Property
Full ownership (and copyright) of the completed writing materials transfers to the client upon full payment of fees.
Confidentiality
I respect the confidentiality of my clients and am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing your assignment.
Editing and Reviews
I work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your copy. Sometimes it takes one or two edits, but most of my writing jobs are approved on first draft.
