Opened your file and something’s not quite right? Maybe the wrong pattern popped up, or the file won’t open at all? It happens — I am a human, and sometimes I forget to update a download link or something slips through the cracks.

The good news is, I will always fix it for you.

Got the Wrong File?

If you’ve downloaded a file and it turns out to be the wrong cross stitch pattern, eBook or illustration — don’t stress. Just let me know on the contact form, and I’ll send over the correct one.

If you’ve got an account, I’ll also update your account with the correct file, so next time you log in, it will be waiting for you.

File Not Opening or Looks Corrupted?

Sometimes files don’t download cleanly, or there’s a hiccup when opening them — especially if your internet connection drops-out during download or while unzipping the file.

If the file won’t open or gives you an error message, just let me know and I’ll re-upload a fresh version to the server and send you a new download link.

  • Your full name
  • The email address used during checkout
  • What you purchased
  • What file you received (if it’s the wrong one)
  • What kind of error you’re seeing (if the file’s broken)
  • The date of purchase
  • Anything else you think will help

I’ll get it sorted and have you back to stitching in no time.
