Little Benjamin Bunny Cross Stitch Series is a tribute to Beatrix Potter’s beloved bunny characters and their mischievous adventures. Each of the four charts in the series replicates one of Miss Potter’s beautiful illustrations from the classic storybook The Tale of Benjamin Bunny.

The Patterns

I loved this story when I was growing up, so I’ve charted the designs to look exactly like the original illustrations in the book. I’ve cut away the edges, just like the book, and I’ve used muted pastels from the DMC Mouliné Spécial range of stranded cottons. I do think you’ll enjoy stitching the super-naughty Benjamin and his cousins Peter Rabbit, Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cotton-tail — as well as Mr B. Bunny Snr.

Each finished cross stitch measures (approximately) 26cm x 30cm when stitched on 14-count Aida cloth (see the actual dimension in the list below). The patterns work perfectly with Pattern Keeper App and there are NO backstitches.

• • Peter Rabbit is Forgiven 22,503 stitches (26.3 x 31.8cm) 67 DMC colours — Peter arrives home to an overjoyed Mrs Rabbit, who immediately forgives him (and then takes charge of the onions).
