Love Joy Understanding Cross Stitch patterns was specially designed for someone wanting to vibrate more Peace, Serenity, Gratitude and Compassion. And that person was me.

I made a list of all the attributes and qualities that I wanted more of in my life: Love, Joy, Understanding, Awareness, Peace, Gratitude, Rest, Calm, Serenity, Faith, Laughter, Fun, Compassion. And then set to work to design something with flowing type and gentle colours.

Behind the scenes I set a clear intention for anyone who stitched this design to find comfort and self-care in every stitch. I certainly have, both in the designing and the test stitching.

The Project

This cross stitch pattern is lots of fun to stitch and isn’t terribly difficult. You’ll only need 7 different DMC colours and a piece of 14 count Aida cloth (approx 45cm x 35cm). I recommend using 2 strands for the cross stitches and 3 strands for the back stitching.
