If you’ve completed your order but haven’t received a confirmation email, here are a few steps to help you find it.
1. Double-check your inbox
Sometimes the email lands in unexpected folders. Try looking in:
- Spam or junk folder
- Promotions or social tabs (especially in Gmail)
- “Other” or “Clutter” folders in apps like Outlook
- Trash or deleted items
2. Search your email
Use the search bar in your inbox and type in keywords like:
- “cross stitch”
- The name of the pattern you ordered
- “Order confirmation” or “receipt”
- Melinda J. Irvine Writing & Design
3. Check all email accounts
If you have more than one email address, make sure you’re checking the one you used at checkout.
4. Using a mobile or tablet?
If you checked out on your phone or tablet, try using the desktop version of your email (via a browser) — some devices filter or collapse emails differently, especially if they include attachments or download links.

Please use the contact form to get in touch. Be sure to include:
- Your full name
- The email address used during checkout
- The name(s) of the charts you ordered
- The approximate date and time of purchase (if known)
I’ll resend your confirmation and download links as soon as possible.
REMEMBER: it’s always best to open an account when you make a purchase, that way you have a full 12 month’s access to your purchases. Just login in anytime and download.
