My website has a transparent review system so customers can leave detailed feedback about their purchases and overall shopping experience. This helps new customers make informed choices before buying.
Finding Customer Reviews
When you are shopping, products that already have a review will display their star rating (1-5) under the product title. When you click on a product, look for the dedicated review tab underneath the image gallery and product tags. Click the review tab to read full customer reviews as well as comments and replies from me.
Verified Customer Reviews Only
All reviews shown on product pages are submitted by real customers. Only people who have actually purchased (or downloaded a free item) from my shop are able to leave a review.
Genuine Feedback
I am committed to providing you with 100% genuine customer feedback. When you submit a review, I publish it in its entirety, without editing or manipulation. However, I reserve the right to reject and withhold from publication any submission that I deem dishonest, deliberately misleading, irrelevant, or inappropriate.
My goal is to keep the review space honest, respectful, and relevant to other customers.
How I Use Your Reviews
I personally read every customer review. I value your suggestions and constructive criticism and your feedback helps me fix problems, improve the store, and refine my digital products. That said, if you do have a concern about something you have purchased from me, you don’t need to leave a review to raise the issue. You can also reach out via the contact page or by replying to your confirmation email. I’m usually in touch within a few hours.
Leaving a Review
If you’ve purchased one of my digital products (or downloaded a freebie), I’d love to hear your thoughts. Please let me know about things like:
- features of the product,
- overall design
- ease-of-use
- accuracy and stability
- download experience
For sewing and cross stitch patterns, you might like to upload some photos or video of your work in progress. I get a real kick when customers share photos of their finished projects, especially when they have been framed or set into a bag or garment.
The Review Email
Around 10-14 days after purchasing a digital product, you’ll receive an email inviting you to review your purchases. Just click the ‘Leave a Review‘ button and follow the prompts onscreen.
Review via Account
You can also leave a review by logging into your account and visiting the product page of the item you ordered. Look for the review tab underneath the product image gallery and then follow the prompts onscreen.
