Purchasing from my shop is flexible and secure. You can pay using a credit or debit card, PayPal, or your digital wallet (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Additional payment options may appear based on your location.
Once your payment is approved, your cross stitch pattern, eBooks and other digital files will be available for download instantly — there’s no need to wait for your receipt or confirmation email to access your files. The links appear right on the success screen.
What currencies do you accept?
Although I’m based in Australia, I sell cross stitch patterns to customers all over the world. My store’s base currency is AUD, but I accept payments in over 20 currencies. If your device has location services enabled, the store will automatically display prices in your local currency. You can also choose your preferred currency from the menu bar.
There are no currency conversion fees added by me. The final payment will be processed in your selected currency using the official exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Please keep in mind:
- The currency conversion tables on my website update every 30 minutes and are provided as a guide.
- The final charge may differ slightly depending on your bank or card provider’s own fees or processing rates.
What payment methods are supported?
My shop uses a secure, encrypted checkout process. You can safely pay using:
- Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay)
- PayPal accounts
- Apple Pay or Google Pay (depending on your device and browser)
- Region-specific services like Alipay, Bancontact, and others where available
Not all payment methods are supported in every country, but the most common options will appear automatically based on your currency and location.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Customers in Australia and New Zealand may choose to pay by direct deposit into my bank account. Bank details will be displayed after you place an order. Please note that your files won’t be released until the payment has cleared by the bank.
For full details on how payments are handled, including card processing and digital product access, you’ll find more information of my Terms of Service page.
