When You’ve Just Gotta Dance

Isn’t it just the coolest thing when you’re sitting under a shredded tarpaulin on a stinking hot day — at a school after the Grade 6 graduation — and you look up and here’s this little kid in the full heat of the sun at the top of a concrete slippery slide getting on his Momoland Bboom Bboom?

Whoever you are kid, thanks for your energy and letting me video you. You’re awesome.

PS: it may not look it but it was scorching hot at that school last week. Here’s a couple more snaps from the day.

Nilson (kindergarten) asked me if I would wear the ‘parent’ badge and accept his good behaviour certificate from his teacher. Nawwww.
